Summary: we only collect what you voluntarily give us in this site's contact and download forms (name, company, email, phone). We don't sell or share it with third parties for commercial purposes. You can ask us to delete it whenever you want.

2. What data we collect, and where it comes from

vulkanovm.com collects personal data only through two forms, filled in voluntarily by the user:

Contact form ("Contact" section): name, company (optional), email, phone (optional) and your message.
Download form (when downloading VulkanoVM): name, company (optional), email, phone (optional), the chosen plan and billing cycle, plus acceptance of the Terms of Use.

We don't use analytics or advertising cookies to track you on this site — see details in the Cookies Policy.

3. What we use your data for

Responding to your inquiry or demo request.
Managing software delivery and the business relationship resulting from a download (for example, activating and renewing your license if you purchase a paid plan).
Contacting you regarding your installation, renewals or incidents.
Sending you commercial communications related to VulkanoVM — only if you've given us your consent, and always with the option to unsubscribe by emailing admin@vulkanovm.com.

We do not use your data for any purpose other than those above, nor for automated decisions that produce legal effects on you.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on the execution of the pre-contractual or contractual relationship you initiate by filling in either form (GDPR art. 6.1.b), and on your explicit consent for commercial communications (GDPR art. 6.1.a).

5. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as a business relationship exists with you (for example, while you have an active license or one in progress) and, afterwards, for the legally required periods. Data from a one-off contact with no follow-up is kept for a maximum of 2 years from the last interaction, unless you request its deletion sooner.

6. Who we share your data with

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Your data is only accessible to:

The RedTech team itself, to manage your inquiry or your license.
Our hosting provider (cPanel), where the form and submission log technically live.
If you use the site's virtual assistant (chat icon), that conversation is processed by avatar.redtech.es as a separate service — it does not share that data with the download or contact forms.

We do not carry out international data transfers outside the European Economic Area.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by emailing admin@vulkanovm.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of an ID document. You can also withdraw your consent to commercial communications at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

If you believe we have not properly handled your request, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration — for example, the database where downloads are logged is not directly accessible via a browser.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Substantial changes will be reflected in this page's "last updated" date.
